Positions Open at This Time: Driver Specialist

Job Description:

The position is entitled to drive a vehicle to transport people for their medical appointments, or transport kids to/from school, or doing simple deliveries.

We’re seeking out drivers who can help us carry out trips throughout the vicinity of Waukesha or Milwaukee County.

Job Requirements:

  1. To qualify, you must have reached the age of 21 or older.
  2. Be proud to own a smartphone with GPS capability and Apps installation capability.
  3. Ensure that your driving history is spotless by having no more than two traffic violations or accidents in the last three years.
  4. Possess a legitimate driver’s license.
  5. The individual must have a clean record and be free of any felony convictions within the last seven years.
  6. Possess a driving record spanning three years in the United States
  7. Accept to use a Mobile App to sign in.
  8. Agree to the Travel Request: You can accept the request either verbally or through an electronic platform, depending on the arrangements.
  9. Retrieve the commuter from the designated area.
  10. Be able to pick up or drop off the client at the designated or requested location.
  11. Be able to drive a minivan without problem.
  12. Be able to pass the Drug Test.
  13. Be able to pass the CPR training if it is required.
  14. Be qualified to work in USA. 

Job qualifications:

  1. No degree is required.
  2. Some experience driving is required.
  3. Knowledge of the Waukesha and Milwaukee counties is a plus but not required.
  4. Understand the 4 A’s of the customer service:  Agree – Acknowledge – Appreciate – Assure
  5. Must have problem-solving skills.
  6. Must have the capability to read and understand the Employee’s Handbook.

Salary: The pay is based either on mileage driven, or duration driven to pick up or drop off client, or per hour work.
